DIAMONDS & CERTIFICATION

  • Yes. Venoré specializes in premium lab-grown diamonds. Our diamonds are carefully selected for exceptional beauty, brilliance, and quality, offering the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds.

  • Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds composed of pure crystalline carbon. They share the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds and are graded according to the same international standards.

  • Yes. Diamonds 1.00 carat and above are accompanied by an official IGI certificate, providing independent verification of the diamond’s Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight.

  • Our lab-grown diamonds are carefully selected for exceptional brilliance and typically feature E–F color and VVS clarity. Each diamond is reviewed for beauty, symmetry, and overall light performance before becoming part of a Venoré piece.

  • Yes. Many Venoré designs can be created with different diamond sizes. If you are looking for a specific carat weight, our specialists can help guide you toward the most balanced option for your design and budget.

  • Yes. Many designs can be customized with different diamond shapes, including Round, Oval, Emerald, Cushion, Radiant, Princess, Pear, and Marquise cuts.

  • Yes. Center diamond upgrades are available on many designs. Our team can help you select a larger or higher-quality diamond while ensuring the setting remains balanced and elegant.

  • Many certified diamonds include a laser-inscribed report number on the girdle of the stone. This number corresponds to the diamond’s certification report and allows for independent verification.

  • Yes. Lab-grown diamonds display the same brilliance, fire, and scintillation as natural diamonds. Their sparkle is determined by cut quality, proportions, and craftsmanship — not by origin.

  • Lab-grown diamonds are created without the need for new diamond mining and are not associated with mining-related conflicts. They offer a modern alternative for clients seeking greater transparency and responsibility in their jewelry purchase.

  • Yes. Custom pieces can be presented as a detailed 3D design before production begins. This allows you to review and approve the design before your piece is crafted.

  • Yes. Small design modifications may be possible depending on the piece. This can include changing the diamond shape, adjusting proportions, altering the setting style, or selecting a different metal.

  • Yes. If you love certain details from different Venoré designs, our team can help explore whether they can be combined into one custom creation.

  • Yes. Complimentary engraving is available on eligible pieces. Simply leave your engraving request in the order notes section at checkout. Depending on the design and available space, we can accommodate initials, dates, and short personal messages to make your piece even more meaningful.

  • Yes. Venoré designs are available in 18K White Gold, 18K Yellow Gold, and 18K Rose Gold. Custom metal requests may also be reviewed upon request.

  • Yes. Colored lab-grown diamonds may be available upon request, including selected shades such as pink, yellow, and blue. Availability depends on the desired color, size, and quality.

  • Yes. Sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and other gemstones may be available for custom orders. Our team can help source suitable stones based on your preferred color, size, and design.

  • Yes. If you are looking for a specific gemstone that is not listed on our website, please contact us. We can review availability and help create a custom design around your preferred stone.

  • Yes. Custom gemstone rings can be created upon request. Our team will guide you through gemstone selection, setting style, metal choice, and final design.

METALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

  • All Venoré designs are available in 18K White Gold, 18K Yellow Gold, and 18K Rose Gold.

  • Yes. Venoré focuses on fine jewelry crafted in 18K gold, chosen for its balance of luxury, durability, and refined appearance.

  • To maintain its brilliance, store your jewelry separately, avoid harsh chemicals, and clean it gently with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. We also recommend removing fine jewelry during heavy activity, swimming, or cleaning.

  • Yes. Many repairs and adjustments can be reviewed by our team. If your piece requires service, please contact us with photos and details so we can advise on the best solution.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

  • Each Venoré piece is crafted to order. Production typically takes 5–7 working days before dispatch.

  • Once your piece is complete, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within the UAE, 2–5 working days within the GCC, and 5–8 working days internationally.

  • Yes. We offer insured shipping across the UAE, GCC, United States, Europe, and select international destinations.

  • Yes. Every order is fully insured during transit and requires a signature upon delivery.

  • Yes. For security reasons, all Venoré orders require a signature upon delivery.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

  • Yes. Outer shipping packaging is discreet for security and privacy. Inside, your jewelry is presented in Venoré packaging.

  • Yes. Every Venoré creation is presented in our signature luxury packaging, making it suitable for gifting and special occasions.

ORDERS & SUPPORT

  • Yes. Our specialists are available to assist with engagement rings, diamond selection, gifting, bespoke creations, and custom requests.

  • In some cases, selected diamonds may be held for a limited time while you finalize your design or order. Please contact our team for availability.

  • Because each Venoré piece is crafted to order, changes may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

  • As each piece is crafted to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.

  • Yes. We can help keep your order discreet by using secure communication and discreet outer packaging. Please let us know if your purchase is intended as a surprise.
