Each Venoré piece is crafted to order. Production typically takes 5–7 working days before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Once your piece is complete, delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within the UAE, 2–5 working days within the GCC, and 5–8 working days internationally.
Are your diamonds IGI certified?
Yes, diamonds 1.00 carat and above are accompanied by an official IGI certificate, providing independent verification of their quality and characteristics.
What diamond quality do you offer?

What metals are available?

To maintain its brilliance, we recommend storing your jewelry separately, avoiding harsh chemicals, and cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth and mild soap solution.
What is your returns policy?
As each piece is crafted to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
