At Venoré Diamonds, each piece is created with precision and intention. The following outlines our production timelines, delivery structure, and post-purchase options.


Crafting & Dispatch

Every Venoré piece is individually crafted to order, ensuring a consistent level of quality and finish.

Please allow 5–7 working days for production prior to dispatch.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:

United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days

GCC: 2–5 business days

International: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, and local regulations.


Shipping Structure

Shipping is arranged as follows:

United Arab Emirates: Included

GCC: Included on orders above AED 3,200 - Orders below: AED 250

All other destinations: Included on orders above AED 4,300 - Orders below: AED 480


Logistics & Security

All shipments are handled by established international carriers such as DHL or FedEx.

  • Shipments remain insured while in transit
  • A signature is required upon delivery
  • Responsibility transfers to the recipient once the shipment has been delivered and signed for

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

For certain international destinations, additional identification or documentation may be required for customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.


Packaging

Each order is securely prepared and includes:

  • The purchased jewellery piece
  • Relevant accessories (if applicable)
  • Certificate of authenticity or warranty card
  • Packing slip with order details

Customs & International Charges

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees based on local regulations.

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns

Due to the nature of fine jewellery, returns are limited to cases where an item does not meet expected standards.

This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit
  • Incorrect item received

Any issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

All items are subject to inspection prior to approval and resolution.


Exchange & Upgrade

Venoré offers the possibility to refine your selection over time.

  • The original purchase value (excluding VAT) is used as the reference
  • A 20% adjustment is applied
  • The remaining value may be applied toward a new piece of equal or higher value

Repurchase Option

In certain cases, Venoré Diamonds may offer a repurchase service:

  • A 30% adjustment is applied to the original value (excluding VAT)
  • All requests are subject to review, condition, and verification

Requirements

For any return, exchange, or repurchase request:

  • Original invoice must be presented
  • Certificate of authenticity is required
  • The item must be in original condition

Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible as standard, but may be reviewed individually.

Return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the client.


Validity

This policy applies for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any updates will apply only to future purchases.


Legal Position

Under UAE consumer protection law, returns or exchanges are required only in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
